Yet another example of Doug Sahm namechecking someone who was never really "there", in this case Flaco Jimenez on track #10, who in fact is really Augie Meyers playing the accordion & doing the vocals on the classic Texas country tune! But for this European tour, Sir Doug did have San Antonio, Texas saxophone legend Vernon "Spot" Barnett!
